There are thus far seven "pieces of wisdom" curiously so similar in wording and structure -voiced by a spectrum of un-related terminally ill patients over 23 years -the messages we found as we compared confidential notes captured long ago they are out of any real context and un expected revelations from these records of in their final days or in most instances last hours
