The Bible lays out for us what it means to be a man of integrity, to love God with all our heart, to love our wives as Christ loved the church and to disciple our children.  As men, we need to understand how eternally important it is to love our wives and children and teach them to know and love God even when we are reluctant to do so.   Our next guest, Tim Shoemaker from timshoemakerssmashedtomatoes.com, leads workshops around the country in teaching biblical truth to men and how to lead effective devotions.

By God’s grace, Tim has authored eleven books and leads workshops around the country teaching parents and children’s ministry leaders how to lead effective devotions.  He also writes fiction for middle grade and teaches at writing conferences. Tim is active in church leadership and has worked with youth on a volunteer basis for over 20 years.  He has been happily married to Cheryl for over 30 years and they have three grown sons.
