What can the XFL do to make this version better than the 2001 version? Good quarterback play. Are Tim Tebow and Johnny Manziel the answer? Maybe. But there are a lot of quarterbacks in college that sling it all over the field that for multiple reasons, just don’t pan out in the NFL.
