The topic of this episode is around something I was notorious for in my past. It wasn't until much later in life that I realized how much of it was to cope and how it consequently pushed Happiness away from me. Having seen it show up in latter years as a common practice with students and clients, the irony of how we may abuse or misuse laughter can, quite frankly, be no laughing matter...or is it?
