The date for the return of former middleweight titlist Daniel Jacobs, who is moving up to super middleweight following his loss to Canelo Alvarez in May, will be Dec. 13 (DAZN) rather than Dec. 14, sources with knowledge of the change told ESPN. No site yet, however. Matchroom Boxing's Eddie Hearn does not want to compete against a likely Terence Crawford-headlined card Dec. 14 on ESPN. Jacobs could face Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Talks are ongoing. The card also likely would include a junior bantamweight title unification fight between Juan Francisco Estrada and Kal Yafai and the welterweight debut of former junior welterweight titlist Maurice Hooker following his loss to Jose Ramirez in July.
