Michele Chiarlo in Italy’s Piedmont region is a world-class producer of single vineyard wines. The family-run winery has vineyards in three classic appellations: Langhe, Monferrato and Gavi. Patriarch Michele Chiarlo helped establish standards of quality for DOC Piedmont and was among the first to introduce green harvest practices in Italy in 1984.
