In this interview, I talk with Willemijn Maas. She is took a huge leap leaving the medical profession to create a business that supports a healthier lifestyle… one that allows for more balance in energy and in a way that is authentic to her. Throughout her career as a medical doctor, she has seen people crash trying to keep up with societal norms and she did not want that for herself.

And whether they have a business that needs a bit of shift or whether they are starting a business because they simply want a different life or more income…. they don’t want layers of complication and “busy-making”, but instead they are looking for efficient and sustainable ways to run and grow their business, manage their time and more importantly their energy and to be 100% present and joyful wherever they are…
