In this episode, you'll discover 5 powerful suggestions for self-care. You'll also be introduced to Life Themes, a more effective way to guide your day-to-day life than goals.
Here are the 5 suggestions and Life Themes information:

Suggestion 1:
Make self-care a priority and schedule it into your daily routine. This could be as simple as setting aside a few minutes each day to do something that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit.

Suggestion 2:
Practice self-compassion and be kind to yourself. It's okay to make mistakes and it's important to be gentle with yourself when things don't go as planned.

Suggestion 3:
Set Life Themes: Rather than identifying goals for the coming year, choose Life Themes. Once you identify say, the three most important themes, the goals will almost automatically emerge.

Examples of Life Themes could be,

* Create more loving relationships with important people in my life.
* Eat with my optimum health in mind.
* Declutter my living space and simplify my life.
* Set boundaries with others and learn to say no to commitments that drain your energy or conflict with your values.
* Engage in regular physical exercise and movement to improve health and emotional wellbeing.

Suggestion 4:
Do more of what nourishes my mind, body, and spirit;

Suggestion 5:
Do activities you’ve always thought about doing, but haven’t yet done such as singing, dancing, or learning a new skill for the sheer joy of doing it.
