1. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler reported to Capital Hill on the 18th April 2023
This went around in circles - Gensler would not define a security plus he mentioned nothing about the amazing Cryptocurrency technologies out there.
2. Verdict Gensler is a Academic and not a practitioner
3. Crypto exchanges are expanding overseas and not in the USA
4. Asia and Europe have Regulatory environments that are Pro Cryptocurrencies
5. Buying out of Asia selling in the USA
6. The Fed keeps raising interest rates even though Economic fundamentals are falling off a cliff
7. SEC has fined over 50 entities in the last couple of years and continues with its tough stance on Cryptocurrencies
8. USA is losing technologies to overseas.
9. ETH and its fees after is hard fork
10. And much more specific cryptocurrencies with new clients
