We have been looking at the body and tried to figure out a way to solve our problems from the level of thinking that the body represents and that is the trick the ego tries to pull on us. When we realize that we have no control over anything in this world we become frustrated, but in this retreat, we will come to an understanding that a solution to all our problems is within our reach easy accessible. We just need to look in the right place.
