Due to the curveball our world is experiencing with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Katie decides to deviate from her regularly planned programming and make the adjustment. Whether she likes it or not, Katie has become a seasoned pro in making the adjustment and knowing how times of uncertainty can leave people wanting to hit the panic button. In light of this, she decided to share some of her absolute “must-do’s” for situations like the one we are in now (as well as several other types of unexpected situations).

These must-do’s come straight from her personal “Emergency Response Protocol” arsenal. These practical yet highly effective strategies are sure to help us respond a bit more rationally, think and process our situation more clearly, and calmly keep us from actually hitting that panic button. Let’s face it, no one likes the feeling of the unknown or the prospect of uncertain times. The truth is we care about our world, and when our world feels like it is crumbling all around us and our futures so uncertain, our first instinct could be to panic.

However, we do have another option and it was because of these types of unexpected situations that this podcast was birthed in the first place.
