Jenny Tough joined Nashy to discuss Solo. Her new book along with her life of adventure, eating disorders and the Festival itself.

From the Kendal Mountain media centre Nashy and Skyla set up and recorded this, their final show.

Skyla, Nashy's 8 year old daughter recorded video clips and took photos during the recording.
