Lauren E. Fernandez is the president and co-founder of Origin Development Group, the developer of the rapidly growing local Chicken Salad Chick® portfolio, including Augusta, Alpharetta, Athens, Roswell, Kennesaw and Peachtree City. As the “Atlanta Chick,” Fernandez has grown the brand in not only the greater Atlanta metro area, but the Athens and Augusta markets, and plans to more than double the footprint of the brand in Georgia in less than two years. Driven by a desire to serve others, her fearless leadership and entrepreneurial vision have catapulted the restaurants into the hearts and appetites of all Atlantans with a heart for quality southern fare.
As an experienced attorney and veteran brand developer, Fernandez has vast experience across 140 countries establishing franchise partnerships, licensing, distribution and supply chains.
