So we're thinking of studying the great belief systems of the world, discussing and debating them, and adopting the ones which we find universal and true. The Golden Rule is a strong contender for our first seriously held belief.

We almost all agreed that plastic straws are very bad, but as luck would have it, a large portion of our funding comes from a certain heir of a certain inventor of a certain type of straw. And let's just say their beliefs on this matter are NOT flexible. And definitely not bendy.

So we're considering mandating some seriously held beliefs. But where to start? Getting the vaccine is the one thing we all agree on, but that's a bit "preaching to the choir"-ish.

Some members had beliefs, but they weren't serious. Others had serious beliefs, but didn't hold them. And the worst were the ones whose beliefs were neither serious nor held.
