Pretend today is Sunday and everything is normal! Ok, so we may or may not have released this on our regular time but it's just as average as ever. We start of by talking the latest of the MLB Playoffs. How about those Nationals!?!?
From here we transition into the latest on the Pirates managerial search - just in case Ryan doesn't lock down the position. What names have been mentioned, what pattern's we are finding in this, and what qualities some of these guys possess that could help or hurt their chances. Either way, it just can't be Jason Kendall!
The offseason is about to officially begin so why not begin to talk payroll. We breakdown who the Pirates have under contract for next season, the projected arb figures released by MLBTrade Rumors, what the total payroll estimates to be at, if they will add to the payroll, and what the chances are on a Starling Marte trade.
