The non-profit coordinated care organization FamilyCare announced last month it will close on Jan. 31. FamilyCare provides insurance to about 113,000 Oregon Health Plan members in the Portland area. Mental health care and addiction treatment providers say FamilyCare’s closure may force them to shut down clinics.
