Of course it was written for money. So what? Every author wants to make money off of their book. OJ was broke. People who have been acquitted in famous cases usually write books to explain their side of the story -trying to prove their innocence. This guy wrote his account of killing Ron and Nicole. Ed is hung up on the title being changed by the Goldmans. That's meaningless. OJ wrote the book.
Lexx, he could barely pick up a 50-pound child (see the video at Sydney's school when he grimaces in sheer pain barly able to lift her to his chest). He was physically unable to commit the murders.
By the time of the murdrs OJ Simpson was on his last legs before his body totally broke down. He had debilitating arthritis in both shoulders his knees and his ankles. Much of his mental state was and is due to repeated head blows as an NFL running back which has been likened to standing at the end of your driveway and running head first into the door 30 times ---- A DAY for six months.
I don't doubt that everyone involved was probably coked to the gills, and dealing and everything else.., but 'if I did it' and his history of violence with Nicole are pretty persuasive. To me anyway.
