-What differentiates the Marquette Method from other methods of NFP is the use of at-home urinary hormone testing
-Studies show that peak levels of urinary luteinizing hormone (LH) are correlated with the ultrasound-confirmed day of ovulation +/- 1 day
-When using the Marquette Method, you can choose to track 1-3 signs of fertility. Options include: urinary hormones alone, cervical mucus alone, urinary hormones plus cervical mucus, or urinary hormones plus cervical mucus plus basal body temperature
-You have a unique fertile window. The Marquette Method teaches you to look back at your last 6 cycles to determine the start and end of your fertile window
