Miani, Mija and Zoe cross to Canada to chat with multi-award winning singer, songwriter, musician and philanthropist Ria Jade, whose new song ‘Number One’ will be featured on Funky Kids Radio this year. Ria's sound is a tasteful twist of alternative, blues, rock and indie pop. Classically trained in music – both voice and piano, Ria plays the keyboard, piano, guitar and bass and she is a very visible as a live performer in and around her home town of Vancouver. Just some of Ria’s achievements include the 2015 Musician of the Year Award from the Permanent Rain Press, 2016 Music & Sound Award from Reel 2 Real International Film Festival for her music video 'Snowflakes' and the most recently Ria has become the singing voice for Crumbs Sugar Cookie from 'We're Lalaloopsy' on the 2017 Netflix Lalaloopsy Series. Ria has was also nominated for the 2016 Fraser Valley Music Awards and Best Female Lead Performance in a Music Video at the 2016 Joey Awards - WOW!
