Chandos Crescent in Killamarsh, Derbyshire, was quiet on the morning of 19 September, 2021. By 8AM, however, the neighbourhood was swarming with police officers, as a gruesome crime was being uncovered in one of the homes, a crime that would call to question the capabilities of the Probation Services.
