Count it all Joy? Are you serious? Everything? How do you do that when there is low joy and high conflict or low connection relationships?
My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. James 1:2-4.
We will talk about this verse and also discuss another Dr. Wilder book, "Joy starts here."

Attachment is built on joy!
Joy is a need, and it is a command.

It is not toxic positivity
It is not denial of trials and pain
It is not hyper spirituality
