The Anchor Program is an online program that offers a non-diet approach to treating binge eating, compulsive overeating, food addiction, and emotional eating. The video below is an interview with a graduate from the Anchor Program. I wanted to do these interviews as a way to demonstrate the successes these amazing women have achieved in the program and to highlight what "success" means when you take a deeper approach to deal with food and body image issues.
