John Elston’s career started in the hospitality sector, where he worked his way up from bellman to partner in one of the country’s largest hotel companies.
He continued to operate hotels and resorts around the world until 2010 when he launched his start-up; a successful digital marketing agency. After several years of success, he decided to take his business on the road and pursue the future of work, spending now the better part of 2 years living and working around the world.
After living and working in the corporate world for more than thirty years and launching his own successful start-up in 2010, CEO John Elston decentralized his office.
