"There are some things Rosie does all the time with the kids around gratitude, journaling, affirmations, teaching moments, and being an example that we want to touch on today. We discuss the importance of apologizing and practicing forgiveness, especially between parents and children so that they can understand how and when it should be used in their own lives. Rosie has affirmation cards she uses with the kids that helps them to see life more positively and gives them an opportunity to express gratitude. Taking the time to explain something to your children and why it’s important will help them to understand so much better than if you just tell them to do something. Often this will have much better results in your parenting.
