Today we have with us the owner of The Nurture Nest, Claire Fulton, and we’re going to be discussing HypnoBirthing and how it works. We talk about why people are turned off toward Hypnobirthing, and then what it actually means, which Claire explains is just giving birth without adding any of the extra things people do to “improve” child birth. Modern thinking is that we need to be in a hospital and have all these things and people around us to improve the birthing process, when in reality going back to our roots and doing things how they were done for thousands of years can often give better results. Claire says everyone should learn about HypnoBirthing just so they can know what truly is best for them.
