This episode is about bringing light to something that is very much in the dark, verbal abuse and generational trauma. They need to be talked about in a positive and healing way. Shylo has first- hand experience with verbal abuse throughout her life and she has watched many women in her family go through it. It’s time to stop it. It’s time to stand up and start healing. We are in an amazing and incredible time where we have the resources, tools and people to be here and help us to heal. These generational curses, generational traumas and the abuses that we’ve not only taken on but also have been doing ourselves. Shylo talks about no longer wanting to be a victim and shows people that this can be healed and together with support and community and just creating conversations and opening up doors for people.
