Hey podcast fam!

I'm lucky enough to be training in a facility that has strongman based equipment. I know that alot of gym's have difficult with storage or even their gym just only contains machines. But, we are seeing many gyms change their layouts and structure and incorporate a more functional area to train in.

Anyways, I wanted to share in today's podcast the benefit of strongman training and why you should be doing it. For general pop, this program is known to be "modified strongman' as it is not true strongman lifting.

Understand how it's a form of muscle building and fat burning and how it can also help your day to day functionality of moving heavy objects or being comfortable in "uncomfortable" positions.
