The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to listen to your body’s needs. Maybe you have been feeling off recently and are unsure how to go about fixing it. Perhaps you have dealt with issues for as long as you can remember and have just accepted them as part of your life. Our first caller, Chris, expresses that he is hesitant but wants to learn how to get back out there into the dating world. He finds it hard to use dating apps and is frustrated that he is not finding the right person. Nancy discusses her personal experience with dating and explains how to make the process easier and more fun. Our inspirational guest, Anthony Lo Cascio, was heavily bullied from a young age for being a tap dancer. He struggled but continued to press forward in his career. Finding much success, things started to look up until he began to have some health struggles, after finding blood in his stool. The doctor he went to for help only blamed him by labeling him as a homosexual, because he was a dancer. Not long after, Anthony was diagnosed with Bipolar ADHD, and was prescribed many medications. Feeling worse than he’d ever felt before, he knew he had to find a new solution. Tune in to hear how Anthony and his now wife Stacy explored food as medicine to change his life for the better.

Our final caller, Isabel , asks Nancy how she can start waking up early. She is struggling to fix her sleep schedule and is unsure how to tackle this issue.
