The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari understands the importance of trusting yourself while making decisions. We will always face a variety of choices in our lives that can affect our relationships with others. By gaining the skills to confidently make decisions and sticking to them, we are better able to comprehend our resolutions.

Our first caller, Phoebe, is concerned about raising her child in such a competitive society. Nancy reminds her to always have her door open, so that she can give her child advice about issues that come her way. Tune in to hear how Nancy suggests finding mentors and coaches who can give them someone outside of a parents’ perspective who they can learn from and trust.

Nancy shares with us her story about how being legally blind how affected her decision making skills. She had to make a choice to look for the positive sides about not being able to see. Nancy chose to ask for help, which allowed her to see the nurturing side of people. It’s about taking a leap of faith, and picking yourself up after making a mistake.

Our inspirational guest, Dennis Marcellino, shares his story about his addiction to drugs, alcohol, and finding salvation. Through his experience, he was able to find inspiration from an international movement, Divine Light Mission, which showed that giving up on alcohol and drugs allowed him to find the truth he was seeking. Dennis and Nancy discuss the secret ingredient that kept his sober for 34 years.

Our final caller, Tracy, is worried that she can’t provide reassurance for her daughter who is experiencing episodes of OCD on her internship in Dubai. Nancy suggests her to encourage her daughter to focus more on the positive aspect of her day, instead of focusing on what gives her anxiety. Tune in to hear how Nancy reminds her to look in the past to see what bring her daughter the most joy.

The amount of choices we make in life only increase when we continue on this journey. Making the wrong decision will happen along the way, but when we are able to learn from our mistakes, we can find better ways to solve them. By having more confidence and believing in our choices we can live full out.
