The gym he currently has membership with is close to his house, but it’s so busy that he ends up spending hours waiting for the equipment he wants. Nancy suggests switching to a gym that is farther away but less busy. This way, he spends the same amount of time and can call his family or friends on the car ride.
Our inspirational guest Andrea Davis was on a cruise with her husband having the time of her life. They were eating dinner and spending time with friends when the boat began to sink. She realized she had no choice but to leap into the water if she wanted to escape with her life.
