Feel your heart race

Turn your visualization black and white

Stop the motion in your visualization; make it a picture

Move the black and white picture up and away to the left as it gets smaller

Take a deep breath and say an empowering word

Immediately visualize an empowering image in full color

Focus on your R.E.T. (Resourceful excited thought)

Do this 10 times in a row at least twice a day for 10 days in a row
