When I was in my 20's I sat around at home through no choice of my own because my mother was so overprotective that I couldn't do anything. I was jealous of my older sister because she had her own car, and was working. I felt just because I chose a media career my mother held me back like I had some mental disease. My friends were on their own while I sat at home. wasn't right. She finally gave in when I was about 22 when she let me move to Cleveland, Ohio to broadcasting school. I loved my family to pieces understand, but I was never equal to their success
