Homelessness is a growing problem in our city. For years, Angel Hearts has been working with homeless folks to help them keep their pets healthy and happy. We sat down with founder Alice DelBosque to talk with her about how she got into this line of rescue work, what it's like, and how the problem homelessness is only getting worse.
