Dear Jeff & Rebecca,
I have to confess I'm one of those people who has never gotten to know their neighbors. Over the past few months, the couple who lives next door to my family has been fighting, and sometimes the yelling is so loud that it frightens me. I am very concerned for the wife, although I barely know her. What would you do? I haven't seen physical signs of violence, but I have a very bad feeling.
