It’s Phase 2 of the Podcast and your host Josh (@joshuacliston | http://twitter.com/joshuacliston) is mixing things up. Join Josh as he explains where the Podcast is going during Phase 2 and also hear his thoughts on this weeks main podcast topic: How-to avoid internalising and personalising discrete negative events in your life.

In the first segment of the show Josh explains some changes that are coming for #BBTD incl.
- There is most likely going to be a little more of Josh as he shares his recent journey back to wellness and health.
- The guest list is going to stay awesome – but is going to be much more focussed – so you the listener can send in questions of your own that Josh will ask his panel of experts over time.
- The show is going for a more relaxed and personal feel incl. - - - Josh is hoping for some more laughs and a less “lecturey” vibe.
- Josh will be taking questions and sharing his feelings towards the end of each episode on the following: Books, The NBA, Bonsai, mens tennis, and music.
- Each episode will end with a powerful moment from Josh’s own week – it could be a line from a book, a lyric from a song, a great piece of film or television, or it might even be a great moment or update from a Braver By The Day listener :)

This week’s awesome moment is the following quote from Viktor E. Frankl:
“Do you remember in your mind, or in your heart.”
~ Viktor E. Frankl

On to this week’s main topic: How-to avoid internalising and personalising discrete negative events in your life.
- Take stock of the fact the a negative event is upon you; but it’s most likely not your fault, and in the end blaming yourself or someone else only ever delays the path back to a positive state.
- Focus on building a Positive Fact Driven Case against blaming yourself or others.
- If you must internalise something, make the above Positive Fact Driven Case you’ve built that thing!

Thanks so much for listening, and please reach out and say g’day: I’d love to hear from you.
