It is the norm for churches to cover up for abusers. The biggest reason, we believe, is that abusers are very good at making others feel sorry for them. In this episode, Jimmy and Clara talk about what church members can do to hold their leaders accountable. The tides are changing because of #MeToo and #ChurchToo, and the time is favorable to hold people accountable who cover for abusers.
