A huge grin etched my face “That PEOPLE COMPASS you gave me away at the beginning kept me on the straight and narrow” I chirped back. “I referred to it on a regular basis and applied it to myself and direct reports as part of my ‘reflective cycle.” It created a culture on continuous learning.
My enthusiasm was running at ‘full steam’ again. On a deeper level within the ZeCircle of Power.
