This is an interview I did with Sharie Knight of Hillbilly Hot Dogs. She talks about how they got started, how they treat their customers, their Homewrecker challenge, and some of the interesting things you’ll see when you visit. They had a humble start, but after customers begged the Food Network to check them out, they were on their way to becoming one of the most popular restaurants in West Virginia.
