Maybe it was just up in Canada we knew he had brain cancer, that was one of the reasons they stopped touring. but we had no clue he’d gotten that bad

My favorite anthems are by children's choirs. They are just trying to do their best, and it's not a vocal showcase for some celebrity or wannabe celebrity with something to sell.

The anthem at pro sports, especially the Bowl, is all about showcasing the singer. It doesn't matter what record label you record on, yet somehow we're seemingly always told what he or she is an "Elektra recording artist" or some bullshit.
