In a rare show of unity, the IFA, Macra na Feirme, the ICMSA, ICSA and INHFA staged a joint at the regional veterinary lab in Sligo this Wednesday. The farming organisations are worried that the proposed closure of three to five of the six RVLs will compromise animal health. Amy Fitzgibbon spoke with some of the protesters.
