It’s hard to pin one, two, or even three titles on Leo Sears because his experience spans so many facets of the entertainment industry. From teaching high school theater and English to running a dinner theater to being a published playwright to acting on stage and film to directing 65 plays and producing 90 plays to running the Hawai’i based Big Island Film Festival for 11 years, Leo has done it all and brings the Aloha Spirit. Leo offers up a ton of advice for anyone interested in starting their own film festivals as well as providing tips to filmmakers to increase their chances of getting their films accepted into festivals.
