Liz Overmann is Regional Fitness and Sales & Ops Educator for Orangetheory Fitness, as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She also is a lululemon Ambassador and group fitness instructor. Other certifications that she holds include PN1, Functional Movement Screening level 1 and 2 and Schwinn Spinning Instructor. Currently, she is the Regional General Manager for Orangetheory Fitness in Maryland, and loves the ORANGE community that she has help build for the past 4+ years with Orangetheory.
She has many diverse interests and hobbies that include triathlons, long-distance running, music, and horse showing. Liz actively competes her horse in USEF show jumping events. She also likes to casually run in different races from 5Ks to half marathons, and even some triathlons. When she is not in the gym or at the barn you will find Liz chasing after her very energetic 2 year old daughter! :)
