Since 1998 her unique practice has empowered adolescents, adults, couples, families and teams to achieve greater satisfaction in sport, health and life. Kathy knows first-hand that the focus on sport and sport psychology has application in the rest of our lives and business, as Kathy tells Heather, we live like we play.

This fall, Kathy is launching a podcast of conversations with parents of athletes at the collegiate and professional level to help share their experiences and takeaways on parenting in and out of the athletic world.
