We never thought and anticipated that he would live to 40 years old have a daughter who is a joy in his boy in his life that has kept him going and the skillful surgeons. It was very lucky to have the Fontaine and then he was not doing well and the Fontaine revision was done. It has given him many years. Anyone out there who has a child diagnosed with a congenital heart effect demo hearty fact it is the hardest thing you have to go through when he was younger it was hard. You want to be like everyone else.

Hi I am Jimmy Bach Mom It has been an emotional and long ride. When Jimmy was born I had no idea that he had such a serious heart defect. The 1st 2 weeks he was home he would not sleep he would not eat he couldn't drink from the bottle I thought I was a bad mom. Long story short as you heard went to the doctor I thought he was allergic to the milk. We suggested a X-ray of his chest. Got the phone call that he had a heart problem it stunned me it Took my breath away. When we went to the hospital in Manhasset New York and they were telling me all these things that were wrong with him I had no idea I was upset I was crying.
