The Lesbian, Gay, Transgender and Bisexual Spanish Federation (FELGTB) has published its manifiesto remembering the situation which is living LGTB people in the Republic of Chechenia, Guatemala, El Salvador, and so on. Many people cannot make public their sexual orientation in more than 80 countries, because they run the risk of being punished legally.
