Today were going to look at how During a time of testing your trouble, sometimes its very difficult to remember the promises of God. The pressures of life in the moment seem overwhelming. As such times is often helpful to read and meditate and pray the entire chapter Psalms 91.

Today was such a day for me I had many stressful times but I needed to draw strength from the Lord. So I asked him to give me a word. And this is the word he gave me.

HE WHO dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭91:1‬ ‭

I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust. Our help is in the name of the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭91:2,124:8‬‬

For the Lord GOD will help Me; Therefore I will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed. Isaiah 50:7

RELAX in the LORD! The LORD Himself will fight for you. Just stay calm and Remain at Peace. Be Still, Letting His Presence Refresh and Renew you.
Exodus 14:14, Psalm 46:10

For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: Returning to Me and rest in Me, you shall be saved; in quietness and in trusting confidence is your strength.
Isaiah 30:15

The LORD of hosts is with you; the God of Jacob is your High Tower and Stronghold. Pause, and calmly think of that! Psalm 46:11

REMEMBER God Never Leaves you Nor Abandons you, He is With you and For you, He is by your side, holding your Right Hand. There is Nothing to Fear or Worry about, For God goes with you Each Moment of the day. God Never Relaxes His Hold on you! Never!-Heb 13:5, Rom 8:31, Isa 41:13

“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ “Behold, all those who were incensed against you Shall be ashamed and disgraced; They shall be as nothing, And those who strive with you shall perish. You shall seek them and not find them— Those who contended with you. Those who war against you Shall be as nothing, As a nonexistent thing. For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’”

THE LORD IS YOUR HELPER! Take Comfort and Be Encouraged and Confidently and Boldly say, “The LORD is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm. I will not fear or Worry or be Anxious. What can man do to me? God is for me. God is on my Side”-Ps. 27:1, 118:6; Heb 13:6, Rom 8:31
