Pity one enter is enough to send the comment, wanted to add everyone can read about this just like they can read about vaccien history, most wont do out of convinience, or unknowingly, not everyone knows the consequences of industrial food every day. For myself i cut industrial food, industrial sugar and seed oils about 15 years ago. Sure maybe once a week im still eating such, but the dose makes the poison, imho once a week is not really a harm compared to every day, sometimes you just gotta have that bag of chips or such. My grandma always said that, in connection with nutrition, the dose makes the poison, anything overdone is not good for you, and eating the normal industrial processed food diet overdoes sugar by very large.

My dad had own chicken and ducks too, grandma lived with us, she was master in canning and preserving food, as sure in preparing chicken/ducks including removing feathers, born 1913 she done that all on their own farm before russia came in 1945. And the taste of the self grown chickens and ducks is sure amazing, comparison would be taste a glass of water vs a glass of wine, mass farm chicken are just tasteless compared to self grown, no wonder fast food industry adds tons chemical flavours to their industrial chicken. And i dont need to add we are now at every 4th might have colon cancer in life, the food being the major factor, we got 100 trillion microorganism everyone in and on us, big chunk in our gots/colons which just get harmed when you eat any industrial food and even worse this mass chicken with leftovers of antibiotica and vaccines, people eating every day those antibiotica mass chickens just go for a sure chance on a sickness/cancer.
