In Stephenville, N.L., Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz participate in a signing ceremony for a hydrogen cooperation agreement. Following the ceremony, the leaders take questions from reporters.

Also in attendance are Andrew Furey (premier of Newfoundland and Labrador) and Gudie Hutchings (federal minister of rural economic development and MP for Long Range Mountains, N.L.), as well as chiefs Peggy White (Three Rivers Mi’kmaq Band), Mi’sel Joe (Miawpukek First Nation) and Brendan Mitchell (Qalipu First Nation).
