David's prayer (18:22-): "Today we open our hearts to God, unafraid of the healing, unafraid of the Atonement, and unafraid of redemption. Today we will no longer fear the Holy Spirit, the Voice that speaks for God and guides us into the quiet, tranquil stillness that is our natural being. Today we give way to love. Today we will no longer protect judgement and chaos. We will not defend the disordered state of mind. We will not be afraid of love today. No longer will we undergo a frantic search of meaningless pursuits and goals, meaningless situations, meaningless ambitions. We will instead relax and sink deep into the stillness that is our holy mind. Today we shall easily love and release the impossibility of hatred and attack. Today we are called home. Today we open in our hearts to meet God and recognize our Self as God created us. We will not seek for salvation outside our mind. We remind ourselves over and over today, 'Salvation comes from my one Self.' I cannot find my salvation in opposites. I cannot find salvation in conflict. Peace to my mind. Today, 'Salvation comes from my one Self.' Amen."
