Dr. Debra Rouse is passionate about working with people who are looking to achieve vibrant health, naturally. She grew up in Los Angeles and North Idaho, and moved to Santa Barbara for her undergraduate degree at UCSB, where she began studies in nutrition and herbal medicine. During her study abroad in France, she was introduced to homeopathy and her interest in natural medicine deepened.

Dr. Debra discovered naturopathic medicine when a close friend developed non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, prompting a deep dive into “alternative” healing methods and medicine. She earned her degree in naturopathic medicine from National College of Naturopathic Medicine (now National University of Natural Medicine) in Portland, OR.

Her areas of focus include women’s health, vibrant aging and regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, hormonal health (including bioidentical hormone therapy), autoimmune disorders, IV therapy, and microneedling.

Dr. Debra enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Dr. James, her two adult daughters, and her four-legged friends. Hiking, tennis, cooking, Peloton, mala-making, travel, and herbal medicine making are some of her favorite hobbies.
